Initial Call 

The initial call is the first conversation we will have about the non-profit you want to form. We will review the information that you submitted in your “work with us” inquiry and make sure that you are positioned properly to move forward with registering your non-profit. During this call you will be able to ask any questions you may have about the process and you will be given a tentative timeline to get your non-profit formed. Your initial call fee will be credited to your service. 

Mid Follow-up   

We will go over all of what has been completed such as the Articles of Incorporation, EIN, Statement of Information, we then move to phase 2 of the process of completing the IRS form for your exemption status, we will begin working on your documents.    

Name Availability Check  

We will do a name search for the business name you want to use to make sure it is not being used by someone else, I will need 3 different names of your choosing to search. 

Employee Identification Number I will apply for your EIN This is your social security number for your business. 

Search NAICS Codes for IRS 

NAICS Codes: are used for federal statistical agencies and the IRS for the purpose of collecting information to use for analyzing and publishing statistical data. 

Statement of Information Mandatory ** Fee Varies depending on the state. Mandatory

A Statement of Information form is to list all those who will be officers of the nonprofit.

Annual Filing Report Mandatory  ** Fee Varies by State 

An annual filing report is submitted each year at the conclusion of your filing period to verify that your business is still operational.   

1 year of Registered Agent Service ** $199 Mandatory 

Registered Agent Service a certified agent who receives important information on behalf of your business when your business cannot be reached.    

Nonprofit Corporate Seal Stamp & Binder ** $199 

The Nonprofit Corporate Binder is designed to organize all essential information related to your nonprofit, while the Corporate Seal/Stamp is used for validating important documents.     

Print Delivery $100 

Ensure that you have copies for your records and for any necessary submissions. Organizing these documents in a dedicated folder or binder will help keep everything easily accessible and secure.   

Shipping & Handling $50 

Shipping is not included in the service fee and will be calculated based on your location and the preferred shipping method. We ensure that all documents are securely packaged and sent with tracking options available, so you can have peace of mind knowing your essential materials will arrive safely. If you have any special shipping requests or need expedited delivery, please let us know, and we will accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
